I love my polar ft7. I got it fro AMAZON be sure to look for a heart rate monitor with caloric burn. Some of them are just for heart rate.

more water try to work yourself up to 8. then more if you can and 1200 is NOT enough, unless you are 16 year that weighs 120 lbs. google BMR. it will explain it. But basically that should you new goal... not 1200 adjust your bmr ever 5lbs or so

I too have a very sedentary job.. surrounded by food!! What helps me is preparing/planning my meals on Sunday . And I log the day before so I see what Im working with as far a calories. I dont have any space for extra. usually the only thing I have to update is dinner and water. oh and my workout

1st- open you diary to public.. so folks can give advice. they really cant offer much without looking into you daily net cals. a plateau is not losing for 3 weeks or more. lots of things to do change your workout.. change your meals ( if your are eating the same things over and over) try to stay away from as much processed…

OK.. so first 1200 is low. how many lbs are you set to lose per week. if you are anything but 1lbs per week up it. If you are you should look into "bmr" . Google BMR calc and enter the info and change you mfp to reflect that at your daily goal. at the least. also at you 1200... are you eating back you cals?? if you only…

Well IMO 1260 is low. And if you are sick and are having problems sticking with it. then you should up. Why make it more stressful that it already is. Change it to 1 lb a week. Im 199 lbs 5' 9 35yo female. I can eat 1590 per day and still lose.

1260 that low... are set to lose 1 lb , 1.5lbs or 2 lbs a week. if you are new.. shoot to lose 1lb inthe begining. Also eat atleas some of the cals back. if you burn 400.. eat 200 back the purpose...
