I never weigh in with clothes on . I also weigh in first thing in the morning... after using the restroom. My theory... i have less in my tummy. No food, no drink to weigh me down. 1 cup of water is 8 ounces.

The sweat may be causing the break outs. I find I have to clean my face the minute I walk in the door from the gym. or sometimes when I eat food with lots of acid...citrus, tomatos, chocolate, I get break outs.

if you want to become healthier and or lose weight... it will be worth it. It takes few minutes a day. most packaged items are in the system. Most fruit and veggies are in the system. once you are logging your food for about a week you will build a diary of food. Also it takes 6-8 weeks for something to become a habit.

It takes... 6-8 weeks to make something a habit! Dont give up... you are almost there. it wont seem like such a chore. And more like a habit. everyone has bad days and good days. Dont let one bad day rob you from your goals.
