1- The problem maybe the fact the MFP grossly over estimates for calories burned. 2- are you eating ALL of you calories back after working out or 3- are you eating NONE of your calories back after working out. one of these are sure to be he culprit!!

Yes yes yes... planning and preparation. I love..love the crock pot. Do you have a pinterest account?? Search frozen crockpot meals. lots of options. You can take a few hours on Sunday and chop, prep and freeze for other days. This will help alot.
