New Here , need mentors/friends

Hi I am new here , i am healthy and have he health goals of reaching my target weight of 62 Kgs , and overall good health and flexibiily.
I have CMT , its a disability according to most medical standards , it affects my legs and hands , I can not run , jump or do hard workouts . I can walk , cycle and do light weights though , I do fasting twice a week , and as a result since Nov. last year i have lost 11 kgs . I stress more on endurance than on strength but need someone to guide me towards a balanced workout routine.
