Hi- Im a 40F/230lbs/5'9 I have selected the sedentary, to lose 1lb a week. And I'm allotted 1750 cals per day . If you have chosen to lose more than 1lb a week, then you should change that. Its a journey to lifetime of being healthy, not a race to temporary weight loss. You want this to tolerable, and something you can…

Here is how I approach the weekend when I know I am to out a lot for events: Plan what I can - eat clean as I can when I can( which is usually Breakfast & Lunch), cut out snacks , work out hard, drink water, Track my food. 1/2 my plate when eating out, I try to research chain restaurants for nutritional info. Omit the…

I just want to say, dont give up. Dont let the scale bring you down. I was exactly where you are about 3 years ago. And after about 4 months of nothing, I got frustrated. Decided to take a break . Well the break turned into about 6 months and I have literally been struggling since then

Hi, I'm not new to losing. I just lost my way, but now I'm back on track. Here's what helps me: Meal Prepping - for the most part, I know what I will be eating breakfast, lunch and snacks mon-fri. Downloading the App- the scanner ability makes logging super easy. Also the database is so broad it has most fast food…

Have you been cleared to work out , have explained to you doctor about the pain? Why do you feel like walking isn't enough. Walking is plenty exercise, for extra weight put the baby in the carrier. Or pick up some hand weights or resistance bands to add for toning. Use the benches along the way for resistance training (…

If possible download the app, he scanning ability makes it so much easier to add food to you day. Also it helps to have the nutrition information for restaurants and fast food while out . Pick 1 or 2 bad habits(ie, French Fries and Soda) and drop those, work on being consistent with those. Some find it intimidating to drop…

- Take your in small increments 10 - 5lb goals instead of 1 - 50lb goals - Its a journey not a race, slow and steady is the way. - There is no secret to weight loss, less calories & upping your activity = caloric deficit which is a loss ( most weeks) - Take measurements and photos in the beginning and frequently, it helps…

From my experience 1 whole cheat day is hard to come back from. The next you feel like crap, so its usually hard to make good decisions when you are bloated and sluggish. I Usually plan one meal or item a week, If I really really crave it. If not then I try not to, I try not to reward myself with food to often. Also, you…

I also should state, that my hubby is not a fan of my getting up at 5:15 mon-fri and 7:30 on Saturdays to work out. He'd rather have me in the bed sleeping next to him. The side effect of waking up that early is Im sleepy by 9pm some nights. Then he is grumpy because our only a lone time is after 9 and Im nodding out on…

I'm kinda with the others. 50 hrs per week, plus the 80 miles per week, I'm not sure how far you are running daily and how long that takes. Adding in the kid and their time. However, Im sure he is feeling a little lonely, then combine that with weight loss and dressing better. I understand the shut down thing... that's how…

My only hints are: Meal Prep Pre- Log as many meals as you can Since you are eating low-carb, try to get your carbs in early ( I find when i do it this carb, I have the "energy to get through the day and make better decisions)
