Yes, it's difficult to stay on track. But at least you have recognized the issue. The cold & early darkness makes me lazy also.

do you mean the fitbit group on here ( mfp) or the fitit website/app . I use the app only for syncing my fitbit and challenges. The group on here I use for questions and any advice or info I may need

you can find 10 minutes workouts on dvds, on demand, on you tube. And lots of quick workouts on pinterest. 10 minutes in the morning, 10 at night even if you that 5 days a week 100 minutes of being active a week.

Yes weight fluctuations are normal, its best not to weigh in daily. Pick a day & time to weigh in weekly. I know this is obvious by patience the weight didn't come on in 3 months, its going to take longer to lose. Dont give up, keep going. If you get tired or need a break just change your calories to maintance so at least you dont gain. Keep your food choice interested so you dont bored with what you have. Take pics and…
