Hi all... Too many weight loss stories to tell . Basically lost 60 lbs 2008/2009 and kept it off for about 1 year. A job change x2 and I had gained all but 10 back. SO frustrating. ^^^^ exactly if you are still hungry then simply take down your goal to lose a week. to .5 or 1 ( you will still lose) and also eat back some of your calories burned. <<< this is tricky though because if you dont have an accurate count of calories burned and are just estimating ( the cardio machine or even the MFP calorie…

Stuffed peppers with ground turkey, Tacos with ground turkey ( if you dont want to waste the calories on the shells, eat on a salad), Fajitas ( same as tacos) , Breakfast for dinner, BLT sandwiches.

Well depending on your height, age and weight ... 1300 cals per day is low for a woman. So for a man that is extremely low. Pretty good choices, but you should at least get in what MFP recommends.
