Hey guys, I'm new here and just wanted to see what people thought of my intake.
I'm trying to lose weight and started a week ago, I have been eating around 1300 calories a day and have lost 3kg in that week. I just want to know what your thoughts on this are. Feel free to go through my diary.

I just looked and it looks pretty good and healthy to me, loads of water and vegtables.
3kg is a really great start well done, keep doing what you are doing and you will get to your goal in no time.0 -
Well depending on your height, age and weight ... 1300 cals per day is low for a woman. So for a man that is extremely low. Pretty good choices, but you should at least get in what MFP recommends.0
