you should eat more than 1200 calories if you are exercising daily....increase your protein intake by eating leanmeats with every meal and just because you enter exercise on myfitnesspal don't eat all the calories that you burned you'll never lose weight.

okay thanks phaze1971..I guess just need to accept the fact the I am an individual and that everyone has their own obstacles. I have very athletic friends so I guess I just need to be patient.

Mediterranean Sandwich Bread should be a good quality a good sub roll or thickly sliced bread Humus (w/cilantro) spicy mustard feta cheese roasted red pepper thinly sliced cucumbers tomatoes thinly sliced red onion I love this sandwich I add Greek peppers and black olives

I love salads, pho, and grilled seafood for breakfast. You should eat like a king for breakfast eat a good lunch and then eat a small dinner :-)

I'm not sure about a bank for your caloric intake but when you want to splurge just exercise more to burn the calories, that's typically what I do.

yeah I eat nuts and seeds daily, I need to remember to log them in my daily food journal..I'm not hungry I just wondered what I could do to try to meet my daily goal because I fall under my goal every day
