But that is such a great feeling! You have worked hard to lose your weight and deserve to treat yourself. We have a consignment store here in my town so I have been able to buy tons of clothes for $6 and $7 per item. Love it!!! My husband loves that I am not spending a fortune too. :smile:

I am never annoyed by someone who posts that they are losing. The only ones that annoy me is the chronic complainers. And yes, I will delete them. We all have bad days and may post about it but it is the people that ONLY complain. But be proud of your success, if there are some that are annoyed by that then get rid of…

I take 5000 to 6000 mcg of B12 every day. I was starting to become very tired too and someone told me about the B12 and that has really helped. I take the liquid form and hold it under my tongue for 30 seconds. I tried the pill form but that didn't work. I take Ultra Now B12. Hope this helps.

I lost the majority of my weight on an elliptical when I was going to the gym. I have recently just bought one for my house! Best money ever spent!!! Just my opinion though! :happy: Barb

Does it say stability somewhere on the shoe or box? I am due for another pair and I am having a hard time finding my Nikes in my area. Maybe I can find the New Balance shoes that you have. Thanks Barb

I go thru this same thing. My foot wants to roll slightly so I have to buy sneakers with the rolling stability built in. I usually have good luck with Nikes that have this. Mine is starting to act up now and so that tells me it is time for new sneakers.

Thanks Sugar. I was anticipating a weight gain and if I had seen results with the inches I would still do it. But for now I will just do it 2-3 times a week! Barb

I plan on doing it for the strength part. I can see results with that, just no loss of weight or inches. But I will go back to my old routine of cardio 5-7 days a week and strength 2-3 days. And Shred will now be part of that routine! :)

I just completed Day 5 Level 2. I do The Shred in the mornings before work and then when I get home in the evenings I usually walk 5 miles. So far it has been fine for me. Barb

Thanks Teri! You can tell a major difference in your pictures. Those were great. I never did take my pics and I really wish that I did. But I am like you, I feel alot stronger too.
