I am a member here in Leesburg. I like it alot....The people that work there aren't the nicest group that I have dealt with but I don't go there to socialize...LOL I usually have my music going and just go do what I gotta do. But I really do like it and will probably sign up again when my membership is up. Barb

I drink Slim Fast every once in a while. I keep them stocked in my fridge because if I am not really hungry but I know that it is time to eat then I will just grab one so that I don't go into "starvation" mode. But it isn't part of a routine for me. Barb

Haha...thanks! I meant that I was going to lose more than 1 pound last week! I (literally) worked my butt off last week. I am going to try to do that again this week too!

My weight for the week is 185.4! That is a 3 pound weight loss!!!! Yay! I amped up my workouts last week and finally saw a decent loss. Barb

This is a better week for me. I had a 1.4 weight loss. I really want to have a bigger loss but I will take that especially since I was doing alot more strength training. Have a great day everybody!! Barb

Have you tried some form of strength training? Even push ups and lunges and some squats may help you bump up your weight loss.

Well, I anticipated a weight gain. I gained 1.8 pounds. I have been working with weights a lot more and have been told since muscle weighs more than fat that I would actually see my number on the scale rise slightly. So that's fine. I can deal with that since I know that I have kept my eating under control!! :happy: Barb

I would just go with your new scales that way you are not having to keep up with extra numbers. LOL But don't let that get you down, you will get back under 180....

So sorry!!! It will get better. We all go thru those times when it is really hard to keep your mind in the "game"! That is why I love being part of this group, there are so many motivating people in here... Hang in there though!

Do you guess with all the P90 workouts that you have been doing maybe the reason? You may be building muscle and your weight loss won't reflect on the scales but on the tape measure.

I weighed in this morning. I weighed 188 even, that is a loss of 1.4 pounds. My goal for this week is to work out 4 days and really keep an eye on my caloric intake. Congrats to all the "losers"!!! Barb

I am really needing some motivation! I started back in June trying to lose 100 pounds by my 40th birthday. So far I have only lost 31 pounds. I only had a .8 loss for the week! That stinks but better than gaining, I suppose. Now that the holidays are over I will be able to get bigger results. It has been a long time since I have had a decent loss.
