Thank you. I wasn't sure how to process the information. What I have read says that I should weigh around 135. My doctor has said that I should try to go below 165 due to my muscle mass. However, at 165 I am still fat per all the charts. No wonder I have an eating disorder.

Same here, but when I was at my lowest weight they were a 34F. It really sucked. Some people don't lose in the breasts and I am one of those. I would love a boob lift when I am done though. Just sayin.

I live in Bellevue, NE and I try to go play tennis every night. Add me for a friend or join me in playing tennis. I am not good, but it is a great workout and so much fun!! You can get a good inexpensive racquet at ****'s Sporting goods at Shadow Lake Town Center or just pick one up at WalMart. Look forward to adding more…

I have made it through two "Panera Bagels at work days", it is tough but you can do it. I have zero will power, but I told myself the hour and a half workouts at the tennis courts was not worth an 1100 calorie bagel. HUGS!

My first goals (10% of weight) reward is a Kindle. I try to avoid anything food based. When I think that I deserve (insert food here), I think "I have had enough of that before" I hope that helps some.
