Pack yourself snack packs of good items...nuts, grapes, baby carrots, edemame. Keep yogurt handy for the sweet tooth. It is hard, but it is also doable. I am a mom of 5 so I know finding time to do it is difficult. A few suggestions I have is to maybe get up an hour earlier and try to do a morning workout. I do 30 minutes on treadmill after training

He has me going to different machines every time. I typically do 3-4 different ones each time. I do legs on Mondays and arms on Fridays.

It's mostly a stiff pain. I feel like i can't walk the next couple of days. Hurts to even sit in my recliner and get back up. It should get better soon I hope.

Wow I wish I was as motivated as you after having my first. But then I guess thats how I got here after the 4th one. I don't have the space to do much in my living room plus with kids and dogs it gets kinda hard too but I do walk 5 miles a day and am joining a gym on Monday so I hope that will help. Update on my ticker...19 miles to date. Plus lots of running outside with my 5 year old trying to teach her to ride her bike.

11 miles done so far and I am hoping to get to 100 miles by the end of the month. Joining a gym with my wonderful sister-in-law tomorrow so hopefully that will help me boost it up over 100 miles.
