Ten Ways to Get Back on Track after falling off the wagon

So, I came across this during a bad week and it made me feel so much better. If you're anything like me you don't always eat perfectly, sometimes you cave and eat that greasy burger followed by a tub of ice cream. Then comes the self-loathing and feelings of failure, but the truth is we're human. Sometimes we just want "bad food", and we're not always going to make the best decisions. While my binges are now few and far in between or assigned to a specific "cheat day" I like to read the following as it always inspires me to "get back on the wagon".

START NOW by recommitting today

DRINK WATER like it's your job

PLAN each meal

EAT don't make up for overeating by NOT eating (the outcome is never good)

REVISIT your food journal and repeat a good week

REMIND yourself how far you've come

MOVE get your sweat on

DON'T let a bad week turn into a bad month

VEGETABLES are your friends (I'm personally not a fan AT ALL, but I eat them the same way I take my meds because it's neccessary).

FORGIVE yourself and move on. Now is a new moment and tomorrow is a new day.
