I freakin' LOVE the Bodyrockers! I use that kind of high intensity circuit training a couple times a week to supplement my strength training. Bodyrock on!

Also important is where your fat is coming from. Hopefully healthy places like nuts, fish and flax and not evil (though delicious) places like dairy and red meat.

Love this.

Dips, burpees, push ups, planks, anything on a stability ball, yoga, belly dancing.

Mine were listed alphabetically, so I went and switched it to see what mine was. I'm not sure I would have guessed it but it's strawberries, followed by apples. I guess because on most days I have each twice. Huh, who knew . . .

Everyone loses fat differently and we all have our problem areas where it seems to accumulate more readily. I'm sure it will go down as you lose more if that's what it is. If it's really in your "insides", have you tried increasing your fiber intake. Significantly? That could help.

This is great! Looks like I'm doing it right! ~pats self on back~

Ont of the best questions I've ever seen on here . . . . . thanks.

You're eating a lot of refined sugars and carbs from "white" sources. The body needs carbs, but make sure they're the right ones. Switch high sugar grapes to higher fiber apples or berries. Eat whole grains and knock out the Slim-Fast, it's nothing but a gimmick to help you control your calories. If you were overweight for…

Maybe Calisthenics, vigorous effort.

I am, personally, not a huge fan of gimmicky exercise video programs. Especially those which have a time frame in the title, I feel they can lead to disappointment and can kill your motivation because the exercise video doesn't know your body and where it started from. My suggestion to you would be to find something you…

I buy the Orbit variety pack at Sam's Club. It has like 15 packs in it and my husband and I go through one of those about once every couple of months. I freakin' love gum. Sugar-free is good for oral hygiene, too!

I am! Me, me, me! I am just beginning my last 10 home stretch. Honestly, I'm not sure if that's the weight I really want to be at because there is a "look" I'm going for and I'll know it when I get there. I just know that another 10 pounds from where I am now will get me pretty darn close. I'm 5'6" and currently 135 pounds…

Whatever. Where do people come up with this crap?

Yes, ma'am, this works for me. A woman after my own heart.

I agree with Moving Comfort but I think the Maia is a better model for very large breasts. I wear a 32F in it. Excellent support and separation and it's cut nice and low in the arm pit which is super to prevent chafing.

A-Freakin-Men, sister!

I'm a 9 because I get an extra point for having big boobs! XD

There are a million different ways to split but I do half body 4-5 times a week (2 days on, 1 day off).

Reebok RealFlex Transitions!

You're welcome.

Push ups, pull ups and planks to tighten your whole core. I also do a killer exercise I call a Plank Dog which combines the benefits of planking with the lat and tricep and flexibility benefits of downward dog. Start in the plank position and hold until you can't hold it anymore. Rotate your hands down toward the floor and…

Waffle House is nasty. Greek yogurt is delicious. Short guys are hot. Jennifer Aniston is not hot.

This happens to me all the time. I eat a half ounce of dark chocolate and an apple with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter. Evil, delicious, satisfying, protein, antioxidants, it's gooo-oood!

Boobs first, Lower tummy and face last . . . . such a huge bummer.

This is a great idea! What's the yogurt to powder ratio? LOL!
