Thanks for the encouragement. Unfortunately all my hobbies are either very physical or not physical at all. I do genealogy research and cook. Mmmmmm. Great for fitness! I hadn't thought of a stationary bike. Thanks!

I second the night time advice. Right before bed. I keep them on my night stand and drink a half liter of water while I'm at it.

LMAO. That's what my fiancé says! I don't have access to a pool and phys therapy is out of the financial equation. Other thoughts? LOL

Mother of God . . . . . . THIS is why I eat whole foods.

Not so funny meow is it.

Bless your heart. Bleh!

Awe, thanks. But I'm almost 28 and mommy of two. That felt better than being carded!

I have no idea if this train of thought is correct but you should be commended for the abstract way in which you process simple concepts most people take for granted. I'm curious to see what others think about it.

I do once a quarter (every 13 weeks), but only from lifting. I've been pleasantly surprised with the results after. Hey, a week's worth of healing and recovery would do anybody good. Just don't let it run away with you.

invictus has that "cut look". Mmmmmm.

That's what I do.

 Riiiiiiiiight . . . . . . I don't get the argument which tells you to avoid healthy whole grains, it's such great energy for your body.

Bumping for all these fantastic recipe ideas! I love oatmeal, too. If I misbehave and make chocolate chip cookies, I always do OATMEAL chocolate chip cookies. Also working on a recipe for oatmeal chocolate peanut butter protein refrigerator cookies. I'll keep you posted.

Mine's about 400 . . . . Greek yogurt, fruit and granola, plus my vitamins and fish oil.

I am a cardio hater anyway. I don't run at all but go for 2-3 mile brisk walks 4-5x weekly. That usually only takes 30-45 minutes so I think I'm good there. How do you think horseback riding falls? I always considered it more of a strength routine as opposed to a cardio one.

Also, does anyone have an opinion on flax oil and fish oil? I use both. Fish oil in capsule form and flax oil in my shakes.

I am operating on the 1 - 1.5 g/lb theory but usually land closer to 1g/lb. If I get closer to 1.5 I make sure to add more H2O too. I'm using Syntha 6 with milk once a day (30g +/-) and eating Greek yogurt for breakfast (25g), chicken, cheese and nut products for lunch (25g +/-) and chicken or fish for dinner (35g +/-).…

Thanks for the reply!
