You can also try the donkey kicks with a resistance band to really feel the burn. I also LOVE glute isolation exercises. Think booty work hip hop dancing. It's HOT, your other half will loooooove it and it makes you feel so sexy. I do them on my knees and sitting on the floor with my legs spread.

I couldn't agree more. I looked for it this morning, but nope. We need to talk to somebody! I found an article which said that you burn about 90 calories per half hour of "activity", which is roughly the same value as yoga, so I entered my "activity" as that.
