Just over 400 calories for dinner of turkey, gravy and green beans. Nearly 3,000 with snacking on nuts most of the day to not start on cookies, etc. :)

That first pic is from 3 years ago at 190 lbs. I dropped to 150 in around 5 months. Stopped Keto and slowly gained 20lbs back. June first this year started again and dropped to 140 in around 5 months. Been maintaining with the goal of sticking with a low carb lifestyle and not gaining it back this time. :)

Down around 50 lbs. Kettlebells and lots of core work too. Keto until goal weight reached, now maintain with carbs at 15% to stop losing. :)

It's a slippery slope for me. If I have one I won't be able to stop. So I didn't have one.

You won't always lose consistently week after week, but if you stick with it you should start to lose again. I used the generic ketostix to see if I was in ketosis at different levels of carb intake. I stay in it up to around 80 carbs a day. I'm sure everyone is different. I've been LC since January and lost around 40 lbs.

Don't be disappointed. Use this as a measuring stick for future races. This time is your PB (personal best) at this distance. As your fitness increases your pace will increase too. Next year I'm sure you'll set a new PB when you run this race again. :)

Run 50-70 miles a week. Weights 4 or 5 days a week.
