I just started keto about 2 weeks ago. I'd love to see everyone's before and after photos on keto.

Most recent I have. I'm now at around 92lbs lost. Doing net carbs and pretty strict keto with one cheat day a month if I was good. I've found that the key to Keto is to "chase" the protein not the fat. Get in your protein and you'll maintain muscle and the other macros will fall into place.

that's great! I am planning keto, but have been doing well with keeping up the protein, so not sure if high protein still ok.2

High protein is fine. (Also don't forget calories. Keto isn't a magic ignore calories in calories out remedy.) Ketogains has a couple of good articles on protein consumption while on keto.

Keto since Feb 1, 2017. Lost about 50 pounds on Keto. Have also lost depression, anxiety, and chronic pain is greatly decreased!58 -
My wife and I started Keto on September 1. With the month coming to a close, we are both near the 10 lb loss mark. I'll keep checking back on this thread!9

I started Keto last week (9/25/2017). I am 4.2 lbs down, as of yesterday. This week I am trying not to look at the scale that much. I didn't take any before/after pictures, but did take measurements. Plan to re-measure at the end of the month. I truly don't find this WOE that hard, which is incredibly surprising to me.6

Down 54lbs since May 15/2017. Loving Keto lifestyle. I set mini goals of 10lbs and attach a goal date with them to keep me focused.

Sorry for asking. But can anyone tell me how to do keto diet. Where can i find the diet plan and for how many days we need to do it.

Here's one study (not 2-3 years), but from my research those who have lost weight and stayed keto, have had regular numbers. I'm sure it depends on the individual and eating habits.

My husband and I started Keto June 12th 2017. Both of us have lost 40 pounds!4

Since 2012..
Down 47 lbs total....22 lbs of that is thanks to Keto over the last 5 months
Last pic in bathroom was taken today6 -
Started my weight loss journey at 300 lbs on Nov 5th 2017 and lost 26 lbs till date, on Dec 17th, started with Keto and Intermittent fasting lost 6 lbs in one week. Also having lot of dark greens and eliminating sugar, my terrible knee pain which prevented me for walking up or down stairs or even fast walking for the past 3 months is gone. Just eating dark greens and limiting net-carbs to below 50 gms, Now can run also, Excited about it.3

Down around 50 lbs. Kettlebells and lots of core work too. Keto until goal weight reached, now maintain with carbs at 15% to stop losing.

That first pic is from 3 years ago at 190 lbs. I dropped to 150 in around 5 months. Stopped Keto and slowly gained 20lbs back. June first this year started again and dropped to 140 in around 5 months. Been maintaining with the goal of sticking with a low carb lifestyle and not gaining it back this time.3
