Eat a large breakfast, if you can, then tiny meals every 1-2 hours. Eat slow burning food, high protein and high fiber. For me, I find grazing works the best. Eating little bits throughout the day prevents the shakes. The hard parts come I have to work and I can't eat and work at the same time in my job. v.v

I did. For several months, actually. Really, it's not that hard to do. To this day I rarely hit the fat mark I have set now. My father has been under 10 grams of fat a day for almost ten years.

One thing I haven't seen mentioned here... try alternating ice pack/heat pack on the back of your neck/ base of skull. It cures a good many ailments. Knocks out my migraines quickly when the drugs alone won't touch it.

It is caused by a sudden drop in blood pressure from the action of suddenly sitting up or standing up from a lower position. For me it is normal, but the more hydrated I am the less it happens for some reason. The ginger trick is interesting... I'll have to try it and see if it helps.
