So the Rain has just started where I'm at and will keep up at least a week. What do you guys do in the rainy seasons? I had wanted to start the C25K , How many of you just go in the rain? Tips?

I put on pandora radio, and dance around in front of the mirror! Sometimes I just run in place too (or in circles in my bedroom)... but always to music. If you don't use pandora yet, check it out: www.pandora.com. You can customize the music you listen to.0

Oh I run in the rain quite often. Sometimes I'll reschedule my planned runs to fall on rainy days. As long as it's not paired with severe thunderstorms or winds, go do your C25K in the rain!0

We're on the razor edge of a drought here. If it doesn't rain by Friday they'll call it official. Disturbing stuff.
If it is a light rain and the air temperature is above 70F I'll walk in it. If the air temperature is lower than that be sure to take serious rain gear with you to stay dry or your body will be fighting to keep a good core temp up.
Mostly, I have a calisthenic/Pilate's/yoga routine I've devised on my own to do while the weather is poor.
Do you have FitTV? I love it. They've always got something interesting on.0 -
I use my home gym. I have my treadmill, my yoga mat, weights, and a tv and dvd player in there so I can workout anytime I need to. I use the P90X and Insanity dvd's. it's so much more convenient than going to the gym, or waiting out the weather outside.0

i love going for a nice run or walk in the rain (assuming its not lightening or flooding). Just make sure you have good shoes wet socks and feet are the worse.0

No lightening, then I run in the rain. Running is my fix and how I shake off my boss at the end of the day! If it really is storming though I will do intervals inside running the stairs in my house combined with ST.0

You all let nothing stop you! That's so great, which means I'm going pull on my rain coat and go.
And in my house there is On Demand so, yeah its great new exercise options 24-7, I love it in the mornings.'0
