YES! happened to me toooo... I am also short and curvy I realised this about 3 weeks ago, it was so frustrating. I've CUT my calories and doing less heavy weights with my legs, and am adding some more cardio/walking, and not focusing so much on having to lift SUPER heavy! But yes, eat less!!!!!
