My family ordered indian take out the other night. I didn't have any korma curry - cause thats a cream based curry sauce. I had a terrrible weekend too. But you need to look at it as the overall week. If you continue to do well for the rest of the week, 1 or 2 bad days won't set you back !!

Its literally the BEST vegetable for you, health wise. Research has shown avocado is the most nutritious. Fit it in your calories, and you're fine.

I was never "skinny" but desperately wanted to be ever since I was 14. I always hated my body, thought my thighs were hugeee, stomach was fat etc. which it kinda was, I could never just wear anything tight fitting. Initially they got smaller, but in the past 2 weeks they feel bigger, and I think I may even need knew bras :| But I haven't gained weight/fat, I actually feel a little leaner lately, so it can't be weight gain. I'm assuming its the weight lifting, pushing them up or something? I don't really mind, they look great :wink:

I eat 1800 on lifting days. I'm only 5'2. And to fix my screwed metabolism, I did an 8 week metabolism re-set back in feb/march, eating 2000 for 8 weeks. I am a former restricter/binger/purger, so it was hard to get my head around the idea of eating so much. But eating in combination with heavy lifting 3 x a week saved…

Just reduce your overall body fat, and back fat will go :) I noticed on me, it was one of the first to go!

Today I had Oats cooked in Almond milk and some water, served with 1/3 banana, 3 chopped pecans, and a drizzling of honey! YUM I usually have oats :) I also like rye/wholegrain toast with avocado, tomato, and basil - breakfast or lunch! And Greek yoghurt and banana, but I usually have this as my workout snack
