1) Yes, but I can't always remember them. 2) No 3) I think dreams have a lot of meaning--I think they are our subconscious still working while we're sleeping. I don't think we always understand what they mean, but I do think there is always a meaning---large or small.

I'm in college and dealing with all of the things you mentioned. It can be really hard to keep on our goals while in uni/college, especially if we're not surrounded by people with weight loss or health goals in mind. Feel free to add me! :)

True, and a good reminder. Thanks. However, my way of controlling myself is to not buy food I know I can't eat in moderation. I guess it's just comes down to facing the fact that I can have self control if I really want it bad enough. I can control what I eat and don't eat, and just because its there doesn't mean I have to…

Great suggestion. I've just recently added a "meal" on MFP for late night. It's only been one day, but it does seem to help a little bit. I just have to find the right snacks that will satisfy but not put me over my limit.

Hey! I'm a college student too! I try to plan healthy meals and snacks ahead of time so I'm not tempted to eat trashy stuff when I'm on a tight schedule and just need to cram something in my mouth before class or work. Lets be friends! I need someone to help encourage me to 50lbs smaller!
