Tiffany, you might go to Amazon.com and do a search on Morton's Neuroma, they have the inserts that go under the ball of your foot rather that arch supports, that was what I was told to use.

Thank you so much for all of your responses I will definitely look in to getting shoes that are fitted correctly. I think I am also going to make an appointment to see a podiatrist, so I will let everyone know what he says.
