ok so mark my words, as of Feb 1st, no booze for at least a month, and then we shall see.....in the mean time i am going to post fun activities i do instead of drinking, and for every week i go i will stash some money in the vacation fund/birthday in vegas fund!!

i say, do what works for you...if it is 780 caloris perday, and you are not dizzy, cranky, or tired all day every day then thats great! some people just dont NEED as many calories as others. i do believe however that calorie increases in the future will lead to dramatic weight gain. good luck to you, and i just hope that…

in my opinion therapy would be the best route...i know it is expensive, but maybe your insurance will cover it. or call around and talk to soem therapists most of them are willing to make the adjustments to help you out $$. if there really is a problem that is affecting your daily activities then it NEEDS to be addressed…

once you stop for a while, the craving seriously goes away....i still love granola bars and fruits, but i do not eat icecream or cookies or anything like that and i am fine. i dont even want it anymore so be strong and you can do it!

dont carrots have a lot of carbs? they are one of my fave things too but i am trying to cut back beacsue of the carbs...
