Once I'm done my cardio (I watch tv on the elliptical) my first song I load up to start lifting is Thrift Shop by Macklemore...don't judge me :laugh:

Costco, Superstore and Walmart. Costco because I feed big appetites and I like their butcher, Superstore because they have Canadian grown veggies and the prices are reasonable, Walmart because it's super close to my house.

I make sure my carbs are between 100 - 150g, and my protein is calculated by measuring my Lean Body Mass (bodybuilding.com has calculators) and mulitplying it by .8g. I don't really measure my fat, I just make sure they're "good" fats like consuming EVOO, avacadoes, etc.

I eat after I work out at night...usually a smoothie or eggs and toast.

I don't wear one to either of my yoga classes, if I did hot yoga however, I'd think differently for sure. I just think of 45 minutes of yoga as my refocus time.

Yoga, meditation, a really wicked intense workout at the gym. I tell my son all the time when he's losing his mind "lets go sweat it out".

I have 1, but I collect everyone else's kids. There seems to be a stray child at my house often. It makes me proud that I have the type of house that kids WANT to come to, even though I'm mean about keeping my house clean lol There's lots of love to share, and I feed them well :smooched:

I do "lower" carb (between 100-150g a day) and I do New Rules of Lifting, but I only do 30 minutes of cardio on lifting days. I seem to be fine

There was this woman on the elliptical, and was yelling out the answers to Jeopardy...wait, that was me :ohwell: I also wear Vibram Five Fingers, I feel like I get more stability when I'm deadlifting because I can spread my toes out. OMG! I'm the weird/crazy person in the gym!!!
