Pinterest and bodybuilding.com also has great ideas.

check out water bras, or padding, or go to a shop that will fit you for a proper bra. IMO boob deflation is the least of your worries. You're healthy and beautiful, flat boobs can be over come :)

omg that sounds amazing!

Yep, look into New Rules of Lifting for Women. It's a great, totally body workout. I particularly like the different compound movements that they introduce. If you know know what a split squat is, youtube it, or a romanian deadlift? There's tons of videos.

Edit...I didn't read before I posted. I also make the cabbage and bacon. It's so good. Made cabbage rolls on Sunday, those are pretty easy too.

I'm pretty sure that I would be the dog I have now. She's a shephard/lab/husky mix, and her temperment matches mine perfectly.

I'm the queen of DOMS. Usually day 2 after lifting is the worst for me. I take advil, have an epsome salt bath, walk (leisure walk, no speed walking), do yoga, eat protein and moan and groan and complain about how bad my butt hurts.

I say it's all about determination. I come home after work, cook supper, help the kid with his homework, listen to the fiance talk about his day...but then as soon as supper is over my gym strip comes on, ask my fiance if he has a toonie so I can buy him a coffee on the way home, and I'm out the door. My gym shoes and…

I usually lift for 20-30 minutes (including squats and lunges) and I do 15 minutes of cardio before and 15 after lifting. I find that if you have a routine, no matter how long it takes, get it done.
-
I add cardio before and after I lift, it just allows me to eat more and helps with my heart health. I also do cardio before yoga on my off days.

I have to be hyper aware of my back, make sure it's straight and my head is up. My back will round if my head is down and then I have bad form. I also make sure my feet are shoulder width apart and go slow.

This is how I started; I went and did cardio, tested out all the machines to see which one I liked. I also used the pully weights just to see how it felt to lift something heavy. I then read, and read, and read about lifting. Went to bodybuilding.com, watched youtube videos, ordered the book New Rules of Lifting for women…

I started by doing the pully weights in the gym until I was comfortable in my skin and the workout area. Once I realized I wasn't getting the results I wanted, I started reading as much as I could. Bodybuilding.com is a great website to learn what's going on. I then bought NROL4W. I read the entire book before I even…

They have sort of a nutty flavour I guess? the texture is different if you let them soak in something for awhile, they absord the fluid and get like a tapioca membrane around the seed. Sometimes if I put to much in my almond milk, the texture gets to me. I also throw them in salads and they're just like really tiny…

I mass produce wraps every Sunday and freeze them for my fiance and son's lunch. *Note, theres cheese on all of these. Their favorites are Hamburger/Onion pizza Roast Beef and onion Ham and cheese Ham/Pineapple pizza Fajitas (chicken, onions, bell peppers, low sodium fajita mix) Tacos with salsa and hot sauce Egg burritos…

My "go to" is 2 eggs, 28g of okanagan soy cheese, 1oz of mushrooms and half a bell pepper. But I also love leftovers for breakfast. Or 1 cup of almond milk with 2 tbsps of chia seeds and 1tsp of vanilla extract (leave it in the fridge over night, comes out like tapioca)

What ever you have, we don't want...so I suggest a hazmat suit, you are to wear it at all times!

These are so funny, great thread. I say "come on baby girl, you've got this" FML!! Or else if a sleazy song comes on, I pretend I'm a stripper lmao don't judge me, it passes the time!

I'm a neti pot user myself...and gearing up for the spring mould outside lol I think I will stick to my neti pot as well.

2 eggs 1oz of mushrooms 28g of soy cheese 1/2 bell pepper 55g of mennonite sausage That's my usual weekday breakfast, paired with 14oz of english breakfast tea

Thanx guys...I'm always sceptical about crap like that.

Is it a fad? it says "ancient india"...but seriously, so was blood letting. Is there more scientific data?

I go to the drop-in classes at my local leisure center. She's there to introduce you to different positions. I love it, and it's great for stretching on my "in between lifting" days.

No...gawd no!!! What about Ryan Gosling? or Ryan Renyolds? Terry Fox? Mayor Nanshi (soon Mayor Iveson will be up there too), Alexander Graham Bell? Georges St-Pierre? Justing Trudeau? David Suzuki? Wayne Gretzky? Leonard Cohen? Ok I'm done...

I only buy extra firm, and basically use it to subtitute meat in stir fries

My lent sacrifice is a secret
-
I just read that you can abandon your Lent on Sundays?! Doesn't seem right, I have never done that.
-
I don't mind...I have a whole lot of butt, it's kind of hard to miss :ohwell:

I read that between 100g and 150g of carbs is weight loss, under 100g is keto. I try and keep mine around 100 - 120g a day. My protein is usually around 85g a day. It's tough to reach your calorie goals doing low carb, but that just means you eat more ;)

Stiff: The Curious Lives of Human Cadavers By Mary Roach "Stiff is an oddly compelling, often hilarious exploration of the strange lives of our bodies postmortem. For two thousand years, cadavers some willingly, some unwittingly have been involved in science's boldest strides and weirdest undertakings. In this fascinating…
