What does your protein look like? Salads aren't filling, but chicken breasts, salmon fillets, boiled eggs or a handfull of almonds are filling. And I agree with the above poster, increase your water intake :)

I don't do keto, but I'm low carb...i try and keep my carbs between 100g and 150g a day :) My exercise of choice is weight lifting, elliptical and yoga :flowerforyou:

I have recently discovered yoga! I do it 2 days a week, I love it because I do it on my rest days from lifting weights and the stretching feels incredible.

I love it, you can make it savory or sweet. Today I had quinoa, 1 egg, blackberries, cinnamon and brown sugar all mixed together and microwaved. The other night I had quinoa with black beans, taco spice and mushrooms. It's very versatile.

You should reconsider free weights. You don't have to bench press 200lbs for free weights to be beneficial. Try doing some over the head presses, or squats with the dumbbell. relax...start eating more than 1200 calories, change your exercise to see if you like something else, and take body measurements. I'm pro at falling off the wagon and these are the things I do.
