bump...it's not to keep it in my news feed, but to let my private board read it too...and because "new posts" run so fast that this will be gone shortly...
-
I do new rules too, and I love the full body workouts. I want to get it done while I'm there, not just focus on one muscle group at a time. What happens if I miss a day? then my legs don't get a work out? or everything falls a week behind? do what works for you, I don't really think there's a right or wrong answer

try watching your carbs? cut out all the white carbs and replace with smaller portions of whole grain and see what happens

John Kiefer made me a believer...i'm carb cycling right now for various reasons. 1) I've been doing this for almost 3 years and I haven't lost anything. 2) I've been to the doctor and all he can tell me is my cortisol is high 3) I'm a carb junkie. So I'm doing Carb Nite Solution to see if it's the mass amount of carbs i…

Yep, i love this program...it's not just for those that know what they're doing, but newbie freeweight lifters too. If you get stuck, youtube some of the moves so you can figure out what you're doing. Don't forget to track how heavy you're lifting. Or go to bodybuilding.com and look at the beginner's section, there's lots…

have a couple of beer...liquor poops will clean you right out.

sounds about right. I log my cleaning because I'm sedintary, and i bust my *kitten* for minimum 3 hours when I clean on sundays. I do just as many squats washing walls as I do in the gym.

13 viles of blood drawn, internal and external ultrasound, and a physical. He "figures" it's PCOS but there hasn't been conclusive evidence...my doctor is a wack job. I'm still going to follow the ultra-low carb cycling for awhile to see if that works.
-
i'm doing the "Carb Nite Solution" where i get 30g a day for 9 days. It's all I can think of to do. Not only am I a carbaholic but i haven't lost a thing in 2 years...even though i lift and do cardio and "eat clean"...it's the carbs that are killing me. keep me posted on how your ultra-low carb goes.

This was today..I'm a walker at lunch, not a runner though lol
