I love me some bulgarian split squats, they're damn hard lol I also use dumbbells to do regular squats because I don't have enough balls to get in the squat rack without a spotter ( lame I know, I'm working on it) And as one poster said, step-ups work your legs quite well, I also use dumbbells when I do step ups. You'll be…

The only way I reign in my calorie count. just because I have 500 calories left, if my protein and carbs are maxed out, I'm done. Google Alan Argon, he's the IIFYM guru.

um...no, just no.

Sorry, I don't know how the gov't in the US is ran, but I worked in the mental health field in Canada, and they hacked and slashed us so bad that we have more issues now with people with mental disabilities than we ever have before. I've seen first hand what it does to people who can't access the appropriate support or…

It's purely a mental health issue. There were signs that were ignored, a long list of problems, and history to learn from. It has nothing to do with guns, or knives. What if he used bombs made from the internet? Then it wouldn't be such a huge "american" issue? Well coming from a Canadian, we're having this trouble too.…

I try between 100g - 150g of carbs a day. I do like my after workout bagel and fried eggs, hence the reason why I don't say I'm "low carb".

Alberta here, and hesitant to admit I'm an Oiler fan lmao

I figure out how long it's going to take me to work it off. For example, I really freakin' want a donut right now, they're 350 calories, that's 45 minutes on the elliptical and I'm out of calories for the day. So no, I don't want to do 45 minutes on the elliptical just because I want a donut.

There's tv on the cardio equipment at my gym, or I people watch like crazy.

What about something like aquafit?

I walk to relieve stress too. I make sure that it's through some form of nature (river valley, parks, open green space, etc).

I was 12...that was the beginning of hair dying for me. When my mother took me to church, she used to make me sit in front of her so she could pluck the greys out of my hair. My grandpa told her to stop because 2 more will grow. I blame her for my self consciousness.

I found that although I'm not dropping a ton of weight, my body composition has changed. Lifting weights does that to ya lol I've increased my cardio, hoping that's the key. I've also cut my carbs to 100g-150g a day.

I'm 33 and pre-menopause. I am 5'5 and stuck at 190lbs. I lift 2 days a week, yoga 2 days a week and cardio at least 3 days a week.

I have a garmin with a chest strap, and like the other posters said, you don't even know it's there. I put it right under my sports bra and forget about it. The watch is a little big and bulky, but I suck it up. I've noticed that MFP grossly exagerates the calories burned, so I'm glad I have my HRM.

I don't have pictures, but I have lost 30 inches over all and 25lbs. I'm ending Stage 2. I do elliptical paired with the lifting, and on off days I hike and do yoga. I only lift 2 days a week though. I love the routine of New Rules, the challenging body weight exercises, and the different weights I get to try.
-
I eat between 100 and 150g of carbs (substantially lower than I used to) and I have absolutely no dairy (allergic). I weight lift, do cardio (hiking, elliptical, walking) and yoga. Feel free to add me :)

Took me 2 hours in the stupid gym last night...not only was I dragging my *kitten*, but people were driving me nuts. It was a rough one, but I usually spend about 60 minutes to 90 minutes in the gym mixing weights and cardio. I try and get 90 minutes in if I'm doing yoga and cardio.

Glad you asked OP, I can eat 6 eggs a day and I've sometimes wondered if it was terrible. Glad to see it's not lol

I haven't seen Lord of the Rings OR Harry Potter...haven't read them either.
