This is one reason why I'm glad I can't eat dairy (the other is because I'd be 4000 lbs because I wouldn't stop eating cheese and ice cream). I pull the dairy card all the time, even if it doesn't have any. Nobody knows for sure ;)

I can't stand banana's either, or plant based protein powder. I do drink it because it increases my protein intake and I can't handle any form of dairy. But the plant based is very gritty :(

mmmmm...I make the muffins and the bacon lined egg cups too, they're great for my kid in the morning. Again, I make them all sunday night, package them 2 a bag and freeze them. He takes them out and throws them in the microwave.

Pre-make breakfast burritos and freeze them. Take one out before bed and it should be thawed by morning. Slap it in the microwave for a few seconds while you're running around and TADA! Breakfast. Smoothies are also quick and painless, you can premake those too, but if you put protein powder in there, I recommend waiting…

Their favorite is roast beef with onion and saracha sauce and cheese, I also make turkey/ham/cheese, ham/cheese, taco, chicken fajhitas (super easy to bake everything all at once), and sometimes I'll make them breakfast burritoes with eggs, cheese,…

Have a cocoa smoothie :smooched: throw some almond milk, a scoop of protein powder, a tablespoon of cocoa, a package of stevia, maybe even a table spoon of peanut butter, and TADA a super awesome milkshake.

Although I won't be practicing the 108 Sun Salutations, I will be invoking Reiki. It's not exercise, but I find reiki energy WAY more powerful during equinox and solstice. I'm exited :) My yoga master will be doing a program based on sun salutations on Monday. Namaste
Eff that. If I see a machine without a human, only an unattended towel, it's going on the floor. As far as I know, no towels paid a monthly membership fee to use the gym equipment. I did. If you want to kick my butt, go for it.
I agree, how fair is it that you're bogarting 4 different machines, when the…

Pinterest is also an awesome place to get workout ideas. I just read the reviews of T25 and that seems to be an awesome 25 minute workout, and it's relatively cheap.

you know that the icing is going to be disgusting and WAY to sweet for your liking, you also know that you bought a stellar bottle of wine, and that you might have more than 1 glass. I struggle with this daily too. Most days I avoid it, but today I had a donut. I don't have a bottle of red waiting for me at home, and I'm…
