Goal this week is cardio (elliptical or stationary bike) and lifting at least 4 times per week.

I started another round of Insanity this morning and did jogging this afternoon. I am doing the couch to 5k program. So I will be running 3x a week and I am thinking about adding lifting 3x a week on non-running days. Sunday is completely off!

@Marla: HIIT means High Intensity Interval Training. It basically means you work really hard for 10-30 seconds, such as sprinting, and then you jog for 30-50 seconds.

I'm in....I wanted to get back to cardio on the elliptical anyway so this is a great way to do it. I am also currently doing INSANITY in the morning (I just started Mon. 12/31). I think elliptical in the afternoon would be good. Thanks for the idea!!!
