I drink a lot of diluting (cordial) juice. Just a splash in my water though, any more and its too strong a flavour for me. Summer fruits flavour, chai tea with 1% milk, green tea with lemon or jasmine and diet coke, sometimes...I'm trying to cut down on that one.

In the evenings after class or teaching. Or whenever I fancy it on the weekends. :) I couldn't bear to workout in the morning, apart from some crunches.

I usually wear one of my boyfriends t-shirts and underwear. :) Nothing comfier! I add some fuzzy PJ bottoms when its cold.

My family dog (back home) is a golden retriever-collie cross, he is 5 years old and absolutely gorgeous. I love him to bits and I have no idea what our family would be like without him! He loves walking which is great for my exercise too. He's my fluffy little baby. :)
