I just started doing it and I love it. Though someone said to do it as a cheat meal not a day and that works way better for me:) I do once a week but I will have say a piece of candy ( like 4 peanut m and m's) every now and again through out the week as a lil cheat.

hmm okI see everyones point. I look at it as a low calorie diet. My cellulite is genetic but like a previous poster said, as soon as I dropped the extra 10 pounds I put on it dissapeared:) I have 2tiny dimples on one thigh but those are fading as I do more leg and thigh work!!

I've been really good lately but I remember this happening. It would take 3 days to show up on me. Now it depends on what I consume. It is hard to educate yourself about nutrition, it is a long process to find valid research and there are so many conflicting studies and srticles…

Last weel I ran 3 miles stright for the first time ever! This week i ran 5 miles straight for the first time ever! I have been running for 3 years and improving little by little every week:) I am now doing 5 days a week no less than 10 miles a week, this week my goal is 19 miles for the week!

In additon to the other sugesstions, I used to do one leg stands while cleaning ( kinda like standing leg splits. That worked my legs and bum. I get it...but it still seems crazy to me to eat so many calories. I do remember in my 20's ( wahh! I miss that muscle tone!) I would eat a LOT when I was really active in the gym. I have been eating healthy for a month now. Lost belly fat but no inches off the waist which is what I need to fit my wedding dress grrrr!
