Yep ive noticed that moving up on speed (joggin bout a few mins then fast pace walking, repeat this cycle) this will bring your heart rate up to where you want it.. just keep monitoring your heart rate while treadmilling.. i try to keep my heart rate at around or between 135 - 150ish..
