Eat as close to nature as possible, and if you read a label with a long list of ingredients,and you have no idea what they are, then stay away from it.

I absolutely love breakfast food, so eating it isin't a problem, but finding the time to eat it can be a challenge. I try to plan ahead, make a smoothie, or parfait, just things that I can grab and go with. It helps !!

Try eating back some of the calories you burn during excercise, it probably comes down to eating to few calories, mfp is already set at a deficit so when you excercise, that deficit gets even bigger..hard to keep your metabolism reved up when your in starvation mode...

I wouldn't rely on bmi,it's a one size fita all chart. they tell athletic people who are nothing but muscle that they are obese because the have a high bmi!! its garbage.. you look like you have lost qiet a bit of weight already, I would start toning up, and that will most likely get you to the look you desire.

Unfortunatly your body shape is you body shape, you will have the same shape if you loose or gain, and hour glass is beautiful, so learn to love yourself!!! You can do work to tone up,and get more of an athletic build, but you will still be that curvey girl, But you will be toned and fit!!

Me too!!!! so much thats soo conflicting..Some say to eat dairy, some don't ..some say go raw, some say meat,some say no meat!! the list goes on and on..I try to eat healthy for the most part, but it can be hard to make good choices when there is so much info thrown at you daily..I say stay away from overly procesed foods…

I often wonder about the argument between "natural dairy" and low fat versions..Many avenus of weightloss say go low fat.. but then when you read things from people who talk about eating clean and natural , and they say go for raw milk and kefir..I find it all a bit confusing to sift through..

I use the Striiv app(it's a free app) on my phone and connected my Striiv account to myfitnesspal..I keep my phone on my arm when excercising and it transfers the data automatically,,They also sell a striiv pedometer( outside of the phone app) that can be used with myfitnesspal

Can I just say that before this post, I had never even heard of thinspo, but checked it out after .Yes many of the women are beautiful and stil curvey, or have a great ahletic build, but many of them are models who's job it is to keep their bodies looking this way. Many of them look like sickly emaciated hollocost victims…
