  • Thank you for your answer. I agree with you and wish I could eat bread without any physical problems because I love a healthy sandwich. The reason I have given up bread is because of IBS. I think bread makes me swell up, gives me excruciating bowel cramps and helps towards something called Proctalgia fugax or levator…

  • I add cleaning and cooking because I am sedentary due to illness and age. Just getting up and having a shower can be difficult and tiring. I was so glad that I can add these as it can be an achievement for me. So I think it depends on each person - how fit they are and what they understand as exercise for them. :happy:
  • Hi, thank you for answering my query, you gave me some great ideas. I agree that fat and protein are necessary for good healthy eating, I seem to be eating lots of fat as I use olive oil and butter for cooking etc. which knocks my nutritional balance out. Like many people, I hate the red numbers showing in my reports.
