I love the second photo! In between the huge tv with cartoons on, the baby crawling in the background, and the meloncholy face, it is just completely real. A mom. ha! I know that feeling... looking at yourself and just not being happy with everything at that time. But you…

  • All of the thoughts are COMPLTELY normal!! My boyfriend and I had an "unplanned" pregnancy... and we are 22. Young... to me at least. I thought all of the same things you thought... I am young, in college, we didn't even had our own place. But I think thats part of why we get 9 months before we have the baby... because if…
  • I had it on a cheat day. sauce is good... but not worth it. all it is, is glorified chicken nuggets. Literally, nuggets with sauce on them. Very disappointed... I believe I could make a better sweet asian chicken dish myself. Most definitely!
  • Are heart rate monitors really that good?? I have never thought about getting one... but everyone mentions it. I wonder if I should invest in one. hmmm...
  • Hahaha! Yeah, she did seem a little sketchy, but all in all, I can't believe what the food still looked like! Disgusting!
  • LUCKY LUCKY!!! Living in southern Louisiana, it has been summer since probably April! haha! Been dealing with weather in the triple digits last week!! I can't wait until the fall!!!
  • Protein and Fiber... I hear those two are key. And I agree... I can COMPLETELY tell the difference when I have eaten fiber packed foods opposed to foods without. Also, when I start to feel like that, I will add peanut butter to whatever I eat. To me, it is the perfect sweet to cut cravings. I love pb, and in moderation it…
  • correction, 45. But I am STILL ok with that. haha. I really thought I had blown it! Dang grits and cheese... my two favorites seem to be the worst!! Ahhh I love cheeeese!!! ha!
  • Yeah, well I never worried about sodium.... and it was never an issue. But I figured the only way to 100 percent effectively lose weight, maybe I should worry about it. But I drink more than plenty of water every day... so maybe that is why it never really affected me. And yes... many of my foods were high in sodium today…
  • Thanks guys! Bananas and apples for me tonight I guess!

  • Hey guys... new to this post/group. I'm a 22-year-old stay-at-home mommy (for now, until I go back to college in the fall, then I will be away 2 days of the week) to a beautiful 3 month old baby boy. He is my world!! I am definitely no where close to where I want to be. I lost all of my pregnancy weight…
  • Thanks everyone!! That makes me feel much better!

  • Super idea. What a great way to help someone out, and not waste food. I HATE wasted food... ESPECIALLY yummy food. haha. :)
  • HAHA! To the ****ake mushrooms!! Hoison sauce... hmm not really sure what it is. But I found it in the oriental section of the grocery, it is a sweet brown sauce. Very good... it's used for a lot of stirfrys (stirfries?) also.
  • A 4 oz serving is about 180 calories. But I normally eat about 6 ounces and something else, just so that I am sure I am full. They are absolutely delicious! They are a good snack... had them for dinner last night... will probably eat left overs for lunch! Yum... counting down... :)
  • hahhaa... yes I am from the real south. Southern Louisiana to be exact. And we like grits. haha.
  • Can going over on protein and fiber negatively affect my progress??
  • yes it is all cooked through... Cooking it in the oven just cooks the peppers more, and adds the bell pepper flavor to the stuffing. The calories are per serving... per pepper. However you can calculate it as you cook them.
  • What about your protein and fat intake? do you go over on any of those?? I am not exactly sure what are the keys to watch? fat cals and sugar? or???
