Starting p90x, day 25, and I feel like I'm not doing something right. No weightloss, minimal to no measurement change. Doing all of the workouts and keeping my heart rate in the burn zone during. Eating 1600-1800 cals daily. What to do?

For breakfast, is it okay to have two eggs and a packet of grits? Or is that unhealthy... No progress??
