Activity level?

What is the best way to know my activity level?
I put sedentary on my profile... because I don't really do anything besides my workouts every day. Just an at home mommy with a 3 month old.
But I am young... could that make a difference? I am not THAT overweight, at least I don't think so.
I believe I am pretty active... but when I think about it... maybe I am not??
Ugh.
I just don't want to have been calculating everything wrong.
Advice please!

It's best to assume sedentary, if you're going to eat your exercise calories. If you find you're losing more than the site predicts, then you can move your level up to active.0
