Help!

So I only have about 60 mg of sodium left for dinner... what are some good options??
I am trying to eat atleast my 1200 cals... but it is HARD! I am not even hungry! :ohwell:

Can you guys check out my diary and give me suggestions?!
Let me know if my eating habits are ok, and if there is anything I should tweak to have a better weight loss outcome.

I would really appreciate any help.

MAN! It sure is different trying to lose weight WITHOUT diet pills...
it TRULY TRULY is a lifestyle change.

    If you're no hungry and don't have much sodium left why not have some steamed veggies or make a salad, how many calories do you have to eat?

    I have over 800 left with my exercise calls... but I want to stick to my 1200, and I am at about 940 right now.
    Is my diary showing? I am not too sure how to show it.

    I really wish I could get this food thing down.. I feel silly constantly asking these questions... I know they are basic, but I guess sometimes it's really just for support. :wink:

    I guess I would have a big bowl of salad or veggies, not meat because they all have sodium, as far as I can tell. then have a yoghurt or skinny cow , that should get you pretty close.
