For breakfast, is it okay to have two eggs and a packet of grits? Or is that unhealthy...
I am trying to keep my protein high so that I can have energy for my workouts... especially because I don't workout until the end of the day... when I normally start to get tired.
I don't want to resort to energy pills or anything... so I need some natural sources of energy.
Any ideas?

Grits are a southern thing i guess.
They are full of carbs but if you get the ones that are not so processed and you don't put a load of crap in them i don't see the problem.0 -
