I allow myself a treat once or twice a week.. Helps me stay on track. So i don't mind if it isn't in my 'clean food' list.. Healthier the better though!! :)

If your looking for low calories- 1 cucumber peeled 2 handfuls of berries (your choice.. raspberries, blackberries..etc) 1 handful of spinach the cucumber should have enough juice in it but you could also add some orange juice, cordial or other fruit juice.. reeeally refreshing, healthy and around 60calories!! favourite…

I'm completely in the same boat as you!! I allow myself to have a more laid back kinda day on a Sunday.. it always leads me to binge on the most unhealthy, junk food which I would NEVER allow myself to eat when im in control.. then it takes me about another 3/4 days to get back on track!! Yea it is so frustrating!! I might start off with 'oh 1 little biscuit won't hurt' then 2000 calories later i feel so guilty and angry but carry on eating because I almost feel like eating more I am punishing myself.. Stress!!!!
