South Beach Diet fudgy chocolate mint snack bars taste just like thin mint cookies:) I also like fiberone brownies, fiberone protein bars, Emerald cocoa roast almonds 100 calorie packs, blue bell mini ice cream sandwiches, and Dr. Schulze superfood cinnamon apple crunch bars.

Are you asking about treats that will still fall into your clean eating category?
  • I allow myself a treat once or twice a week.. Helps me stay on track. So i don't mind if it isn't in my 'clean food' list.. Healthier the better though!! :)

Go ahead and eat whatever you want, just fit it into your caloric budget.

I will allow myself some dark chocolate whenever I get a sweet tooth craving.

Or, something else I do, is cook some old-fashioned oats in the microwave with a little water, cinnamon, and brown sugar, then flatten them into patties and bake them in the oven for a few minutes. Since I am staying away from floury baked goods as much as possible.

    PB&J.

    Apples & caramel or pb.

Cinnamon sugar toast (bread, not the cereal)

Sweet potatoes and marshmallow from the crock pot.

    Frozen grapes.

    Dates!
  • I make sweet potato fries. cut in to strips then bake in the oven at 350 ( i use some peanut oil) then coat in cinnamon and 1/8 teaspoon of sugar. I use really small and thin SP so i use one. about 5 inches long and 2.5 inches wide,
  • I keep a couple bars of high-quality dark chocolate in the kitchen. When I want a treat, I have 1 square (1/8 of a 3-oz bar, about 60 cals) along with a little bit of fruit and maybe a small cookie. Having 2-3 different small bites of treats is more satisfying for me than having 1 treat in a larger portion, because I get more flavor/texture variety.

Protein bars are a pretty good alternative to candy bars.
