I am eating a salad that is 340 cal's mixed greens garbanzo beans imitation crab meat (made from tilapia) and low fat ranch dressing sometimes I add egg whites and lemon juice It keeps me full but not stuffed, and it healthy, a lot of vitamins and protien.

One of my friends will crash diet and not eat anything all day and then eat crap at night, she will do that for week at a time and not understand why she can't lose weight. Oh, and bread is only fattening if you eat the middle, if you only eat the crust is not as bad.

So does anyone know good work outs for the arms?I thought I might try swimming . . . I am not much for working out but am willing to try anything to look toned on the big day.

I never thought I would love working out! I never thought I would be able to jump on and bust out an hour without hating it.

Yes! I do a cardio workout and give myself plenty of cushion, because sometimes with a drink I want a snack as well. So I give myself 1000 calories if I am going out. I love skinny girl margarita's they are all natural, taste great (need a little salt) and 100 cal's 4 four ounces. I think it's good to have a fun summer…

Cutting sugar is hard! Don't lose sight of your hard work.

If you love to work out, maybe you could focus on eating foods that give you a better work out. When I eat egg white before a cardio session I have a lot more energy and spirit.
