This is the problem I had when I was put on it for weight loss. I totally hated it. I also had a real hard time on focusing on things and I could not handle that. I was really afraid I would screw something up really bad at work.

Welcome to this site. Just take one day at a time; it may take awhile, but it will happen. The apps are great, especially the food tracking app. I record everything. It is so easy to use.

I'm a coffee lover; I drink two to three cups a day. I also like milk, but try to limit myself to one glass per day. I've never had all that much love for pop.
