My favorite for work is Jones of NY, Macy's for bras and Victoria Secrets for cotton undies.

Measure out 1 oz bags of beef or turky jerky, 80 calories, will keep you chewing for a while and give you the protein to keep you full.

Maybe what you "are missing" is the carbonation. Try some plain or flavored seltzer. Won't take too long for the caffeine headaches to go away -- tea & coffee can solve that.

somehow I always post when other questions are active and get no responsese, so I'll try keeping this at the top . . .

on the squash, forgot to say, cover with saran wrap, before placing in microwave. (sorry)
-
To save time, Spaghetti squash can also be cut in half with seeds scooped out, placed face down in a dish, add about an inch of water and microwaved for approx 15 minutes.

Have a half cup of cottage cheese with some fruit in it (peaches, pineapple, etc.). Will satisfy a sweet craving and give you protein to stave off hunger.
-
I cut it with seltzer so I can drink more than one glass. 5 oz = 2 drinks (w/seltzer).

Should be open now. Sorry.

I think GMO labelling should be required. There are too many unanswered questions regarding health issues, especially with our children today, which I think has something to do with GMO, not to mention preservatives, etc. It would be very easy to say get back to the foods of our ancestors, but illogical for our entire…

Not knowing what his job is, does he get exercise at work? Years ago, I'd run 6 miles daily and then go to the spa. Trying to get my boyfriend to exercise, he said he walks at least two miles during the day, most of them carrying heavy equipment/tools. He was not out of shape, but I still worried. I left him alone. We are…

I live on the water on the east coast, and believe it or not, although it's not always fresh, but "previously frozen," I've had good luck with the supermarket's fish departments, both Publix and Winn Dixie. The local seafood coop charges an arm & a leg, and I cannot believe what they are getting for local oysters. Try…

Just had it for lunch myself -- roasted red peppers (diced), black Smokehouse pepper, & 1/2 c. cottage cheese. Also, good with peaches, pineapples, berries or tomatos.

I live on the east coast of Central Florida and love it. Get a little taste of the cool weather (in season). Take a look at New Smyrna beach for nice condos, a little laid back with a cute town, and beautiful beaches.

Be happy that you made up and that means being extra "good" and staying your course. Don't punish yourself by binging, since it's over and you made amends. Maybe a "new beginning?"

I'm sure this does not account for your stall in weight loss, but two things caught my eye on your diary, the calories for the orange juice and the fried potatos seemed low. A quick input on 1 c. fried potatos (in light oil) came up on MFP as 240 calories, as compared to your entry & since one medium orange (not the juice)…

Loved reading your story . . . you look great!!

The thing bothering me is that your son is a bit autistic and he is being home schooled -- is the school system aware of his autism and is the boy's father qualified to home school an autistic child? I know a couple who is "home schooling" their autistic son,( he's 7 yrs old), or so they say, & I think if the school ever…

Endomondo -- use it while I walk/run, tracks miles, calories burned, time, etc. You can upgrade from the free app for more options.

I know that's the way it should be done. I'm just jumping the gun thinking he won't take me off. Thanks.

Anyone? I think this post has already disappeared into oblivion . . .

I haven't researched enough on this issue, however, something is wrong in this country when our children, especially, have more health problems, for which the causes can't be found. Perhaps in my day (born in 1952) this stuff was around but unidentified. I, for one, being in the nutritional industry all of my working years…

I like a thin-type sauce -- sautee chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, mushrooms in some olive oil. Add fresh or dried oregano, basil, or whatever herbs you like, and, voila!!! On any type of pasta or spaghetti squash. Don't forget the sprinkle of parmesan . . .

I would continue with the questions, but refrain from logging while out with them. You probably know what you're going to order anyway & it shouldn't be too hard to remember until you have some logging time alone.

Thanks for reminding me . . . Lindt's dark in pantry.

That's the "beauty" of learning to eat better/healthier. When you have those "cheat" days, your body helps you make better decisions by rejecting foods it is not happy with. Next time you will probably choose healthier splurge foods and be happy!!

As long as they look, but don't touch, there is nothing wrong with it. I will even point out "lookers" to my husband. My older sister told me many years ago, if they want someone else, let them go, you're better off without them. Hubbie & I have been together many years, with no infidelity problems.
