It totally depends on how you carry your weight. But for me, about 8 pounds per size. I went from 14 to 12 to 10 in 17 pounds of loss. Hope this helps!

Just had this again the other night, and it's STILL the best broccoli recipe I've ever had! :) And only 92 calories... amazing.

My roasted broccoli recipe: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/704251-roasted-broccoli-my-favorite-recipe-simple-and-yummy It's 92 calories and SO YUMMY, and SO FILLING. Then I eat a little Fage 0% with some sugar free jam to fill me up the rest of the way with some protein. Hope this helps!

When I'm hungry, drink a whole glass of water or seltzer first. Then if still hungry in 10 minutes, I allow myself to eat. (I have a really hard time telling the difference between hunger and thirst apparently!) Pre-log foods when I'm going out to eat -- (make better choices this way). Bring my lunch to work at least 3…

Thank you all! It's nice to have these pictures to document. I was thinking today, "My body hasn't changed at all!!!" And then I looked at these pics and realized... "yes it has!!"

Great job! What an amazing loss, especially in that khaki-green dress! You can really see how that dress is like hanging off you! And you have no more "creases" in your sides! WOW!! <3

Thanks everybody!

I lost like 8 pounds in the first month, then slowed to 0.5 pounds a week for the past 2 months. Mostly the beginning appeared to be water weight, and maybe some belly fat, in my case. But keep it up!! :)

Banana, coffee with LOT of creamer, WATER, WATER, WATER, and gatorade G2 If still nauseated. (Replete potassium, caffeine for energy, creamer to keep the coffee from giving you heartburn ,water to replenish your volume-depleted self, and Gatorade for more electrolytes)

Mine's pretty short: A multivitamin, fish oil, B-vitamin, D3, and E. And, melatonin 2 hours before bedtime.

Look at my pictures on my profile! You'll see some progress pics of my "belly"

You look so happy and accomplished. What an achievement!

Awesome! And I love the accuracy.

A fitbit (which I have) is more for your "daily energy expenditure", as in, what you burn walking around your workplace, chasing the kids, shopping, walking from your parking garage to the building, all that stuff. A HRM would be best for sustained, high-effort, short-term cardio exercise like running, treadmills, doing…

I have them on my thighs from rapid growth during adolescence. I also get them occasionally (like a single one or two) on my chest during "that time of month". It takes about 6 months for mine to go from red-purple to white. But you know, it's just skin! And once they're white, they are barely noticeable.

Thanks everyone! :)

I LOVE seltzer water (like La Croix) with a hint of flavor, no sweetener or sodium. Just a hint of flavor. It has more than DOUBLED the amount of water I drink per day!

I add SALSA! And, my FAVORITE discovery, is to add Ranch Dressing Mix (the powder) to some 0% greek yogurt, whisked with some water to make it more watery (runny). IT IS A MIRACLE and tastes just like Ranch dressing, but has like 22 calories!!! Love IT!

Love your sarcasm! What a change! I can't wait to have a "ruined body" too :) (just started lifting heavy in the past week!)

I plateaued at net 1200. I am losing again at net 1350. I recommend "shaking it up!" :)

I am so glad you liked it. It's so delicious and SO EASY (which is my favorite part!)

I'm so glad you liked it! Isn't it YUMMY?

Make a "Recipe" of the food using the "recipe creator" tool on here. And then you can just navigate to your "Recipe" Tab and add it from there. That's what I do!

30 minute walk IS exercise for most people. You don't have to do a hard core workout, just stay "active" and move around more. And 80% of weight loss is diet!

Oh YUM! That sounds incredible. I will have to try the grill!!
