Entering 'custom' frequently used foods

Hi. New to My Fitness Pal this week. Loving it so far. I have a couple of food items I eat everyday that are mixtures of several different ingredients. I would like to enter them just once so I can select them each time I need them. I can see where I can add the food at a particular meal, but is it possible to enter it without applying to a meal so it will be in there when I do need it?
Would appreciate any help. It's my time now and I want this to work.

Make a "Recipe" of the food using the "recipe creator" tool on here. And then you can just navigate to your "Recipe" Tab and add it from there. That's what I do!0

There's a "recipe calculator" that you can add all the ingredients into and it will save it as a meal i. e I add all my ingredients for Tuna Salad and call it that so I can save it and just add it when I have tuna salad - that way you can just "add it" to whatever meal you want as and when you need to.
Its under the food tab. HTH.0
